AI is an enabler of better systems. It is not a substitute for them.
AI use is already shaping many workplaces, whether or not organisations have made deliberate decisions about it. Informal workforce use can create opportunities, but it can also expose participant information, weaken oversight and create risks that leaders may not see until harm has occurred.
This course will help you think strategically about AI adoption before informal use shapes your organisation’s approach. You do not need to be a technology expert. You need to know which questions to ask, how to recognise a credible answer and where stronger governance is required.
You will examine how information architecture, organisational priorities and governance settings influence whether AI is used safely, responsibly and for a clear purpose.
