Quality under the NDIS depends on what happens in practice, not only what appears in policies and audit results.

This course is designed for business owners, board members, executives and senior leaders whose decisions shape the rights, safety, wellbeing and trust of NDIS participants.

You will examine how governance, compliance, risk management and ethical decision-making work together to create the conditions for safe, rights-based and accountable support. The course moves beyond minimum compliance to consider whether systems guide sound judgement, support people to speak up and help the organisation learn when practice falls short.

The focus is practical. You will assess your organisation’s governance maturity, consider how risk culture influences everyday decisions and identify performance measures that provide meaningful evidence of quality.
