Purpose explains why an organisation exists. Strategy translates that purpose into choices about where to focus, what to resource, what to protect and what not to pursue.

In a changing NDIS environment, competing reforms, risks and operational pressures can make everything feel urgent. Without clear choices, resources are stretched, mission overload grows and activity can be mistaken for progress.

This course invites you to use strategy as a mirror, not a microscope. You will examine whether priorities, executive decisions and resource allocation reflect your purpose, and whether the organisation has the capability and evidence needed to deliver what it has chosen.
