The Mirror not the Microscope: Purpose (ECC4)

Description

This is part of the Supporting Potential, Survive & Thrive Strategic Leadership series for NDIS providers.

In disability services, it’s easy to fall into a “microscope” mindset:

                                    - zooming in on every mistake, every form, every non-compliance issue.

Real improvement doesn’t come from scrutiny. It comes from reflection.

This course invites you to put down the microscope and pick up the mirror.

We’ll explore how to:

  • Why it's important to use the mirror and not the microscope.

  • Identifying how your personal purpose and values affect how you lead.

  • Reframing your organisational purpose without detracting from your mission and vision.

  • Shift your organisational purpose into a strategy that will inspire.

This isn’t about pointing fingers. It’s about asking better questions.
Not “who stuffed up?” but “what system allowed this this error to occur?”
Not “did we do it right?” but “did we do what mattered?”

By the end, you’ll have practical tools to look at your work with clarity, confidence, and curiosity.

The goal is for your service to grow stronger from the inside out.
